A well-established food manufacturer with deep Midwest roots is hiring a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing maintenance operations across a highly automated production facility.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians on 2nd shift
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, and ammonia refrigeration systems
• Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Partner with production to improve efficiency and reliability
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Support ongoing facility upgrades and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration (preferred)
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar environment is a plus
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
