Job Description:
What You’ll Do
- Manage contents restoration projects from start to finish
- Lead restoration crews and coordinate subcontractors
- Develop scopes of work and review estimates
- Communicate with customers and clients throughout the project
- Negotiate project scope and pricing approvals
- Schedule crews, equipment, materials, and resources
- Oversee residential and commercial restoration projects
- Maintain accurate job files, documentation, photos, and updates
- Monitor project expenses, equipment, and materials
- Ensure safe work practices and company standards are followed
- Recruit, train, and manage restoration personnel
- Address customer concerns and maintain a high level of satisfaction
- Continue developing leadership, management, and restoration expertise
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of operations experience
- 1+ years of contents experience
- Experience in contents cleaning/restoration, restoration, or construction preferred
- Strong knowledge of contents restoration and/or Encircle
- Experience working with both residential and commercial projects
- Ability to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends as needed
Compensation & Schedule
- $65k-70k base salary + commission (open to going higher for right person)
