Transportation Engineer
We are seeking a talented Transportation Engineer to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm dedicated to delivering innovative infrastructure solutions that improve mobility, safety, and the communities we serve. Design and support transportation infrastructure projects including roadways, intersections, highways, bridges, and multimodal facilities.
Perform roadway design, traffic analysis, corridor studies, and transportation planning.
Prepare engineering plans, specifications, technical reports, cost estimates, and construction documents.
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Synchro, HCS, and similar software.
Coordinate with civil, structural, environmental, survey, and planning teams.
Support or manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and deliverables.
Communicate with clients, municipalities, DOT agencies, and regulatory organizations.
Assist with permitting, regulatory compliance, proposals, and business development.
Mentor junior engineering staff.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
EIT certification or PE license (or ability to obtain).
2–10+ years of transportation engineering experience.
Experience with roadway design, traffic engineering, transportation planning, or municipal infrastructure.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Synchro, HCS, or similar software.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Interest in project management or leadership.
