Job Summary

We are partnering with a well-established heavy civil contractor seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations across excavation, grading, underground utility, and site development projects. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, leading field teams, ensuring safety and quality, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews.
• Oversee daily operations, manpower, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on scheduling and project execution.
• Conduct jobsite visits and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and inspectors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Strong background in excavation, earthwork, underground utilities, site development, and roadway construction.
• Proven leadership managing multiple projects and field teams.
• Experience with scheduling, production planning, and cost control.
• OSHA certification preferred.
