Leadership:

We are a growing industrial contractor looking for a strong, hands-on Industrial Foreman to run our field crews. If you know how to keep a project on schedule, keep your crew productive, and get the job done right without cutting corners on safety, we want you on our team.

📋 What You Will Do

• Lead the crew: Direct daily work and keep the guys productive on site.
• Plan the day: Arrange the manpower, tools, and materials needed for each shift.
• Read the prints: Look at blueprints, drawings, and specs to make sure it's built right.
• Coordinate: Work directly with Superintendents and Project Managers.
• Solve problems: Fix issues on the fly to keep the job moving forward.
• Train the team: Mentor younger laborers and helpers on the crew.
• Paperwork: Keep track of daily logs and project progress.

📝 What We Need From You

• Experience: Past experience working as a Foreman or Lead in industrial construction.
• Skills: You can read blueprints and know industrial construction inside and out.
• Leadership: You can manage a crew but aren't afraid to get your hands dirty when needed.
• Safety First: You enforce safety rules and look out for your crew.
• License: You must have a valid driver’s license.
