🏗️ NOW HIRING: Industrial General Foreman

📍 Location: Omaha, NE

💼 Job Type: Field Leadership (Multi-Crew)

We are a growing industrial contractor looking for a strong General Foreman to run field operations across our projects. If you know how to manage multiple crews, solve problems on the fly, and handle the big picture while staying close to the field, we want you to lead our team.

📋 What You Will Do

• Oversee multiple crews: Direct daily field operations and keep everyone productive.
• Manage resources: Coordinate manpower, heavy equipment, and materials across jobs.
• Bridge the gap: Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep office and field on the same page.
• Read the prints: Interpret blueprints, specs, and project plans to ensure top quality.
• Solve field problems: Identify bottlenecks or issues early and fix them fast.
• Build the team: Train, mentor, and develop your crews and field personnel.

📝 What We Need From You

• Leadership Experience: Past success as a General Foreman, Lead Foreman, or Superintendent.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial construction methods and jobsite safety.
• Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple crews, stay organized, and communicate clearly.
• Technical Skills: Must be able to read blueprints and project specifications.
• License: A valid driver’s license is required.
