Family Law Attorney

Are you an experienced Family Law Attorney looking to join a respected and growing practice? Our client is seeking an Attorney with 10+ years of experience to handle a sophisticated family law caseload, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and other domestic relations matters.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on meaningful client-facing work, manage complex cases, and play a key role in a collaborative and successful legal team while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.

What You'll Do

Manage family law matters from inception through resolution

Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda

Represent clients in mediations, settlement conferences, hearings, and court appearances

Handle discovery, depositions, and case strategy development

Advise clients on custody, support, property division, and related family law issues

Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients throughout the litigation process

Maintain regular client communication and provide strategic legal guidance

Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements

Qualifications

Admission to the New Hampshire Bar (Massachusetts, and/or Maine Bars a plus)

10+ years of family law experience

Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills

Experience handling contested family law matters independently

Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy abilities

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining exceptional client service

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
