Associate Attorney – Corporate/Real Estate📍 Concord, NH (Hybrid)

One of New England’s largest law firms, with offices throughout the area., is seeking an experienced attorney to join its dynamic and growing Corporate/Real Estate Practice Group in the firm’s Concord, NH office.

This hybrid opportunity offers sophisticated and engaging work involving corporate transactions, commercial real estate, and finance matters for both local and national clients.

Practice Areas & Responsibilities

  • Corporate transactions and governance
  • Commercial real estate matters
  • Commercial finance transactions
  • Entity formation and organizational matters
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Transaction due diligence, title review, and permitting matters
  • Supporting sophisticated closings and deal execution

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active bar membership (or anticipated admission) in New Hampshire
  • 2–4 years of experience in:
    • Corporate transactional law
    • Commercial finance
    • Commercial real estate
  • Experience with:
    • Purchase/sale agreements and ancillary transaction documents
    • Corporate governance and commercial contracting
    • Real estate due diligence, title examinations, and title insurance preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
