A well-established New Hampshire law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing private client practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys building long-term client relationships while advising individuals, families, fiduciaries, and business owners on estate planning and wealth preservation.
You'll join a collaborative legal team with an established client base, handling meaningful work in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Whether you're looking to continue developing your practice or eventually grow into a leadership role, this firm offers the stability and support to build a long-term career.
What You'll Do
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced estate planning documents
- Counsel clients on estate planning, wealth transfer, and succession strategies
- Guide fiduciaries through probate and trust administration
- Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses
- Build trusted client relationships while collaborating with experienced attorneys
- Manage matters from initial consultation through completion
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the New Hampshire Bar
- 2-5 years of Trusts & Estates experience preferred
- Experience with estate planning, probate, and trust administration
- Excellent drafting and client communication skills
- Ability to manage matters independently
- Portable book of business is welcomed but not required
- Additional New England bar admissions are a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000-$130,000+, depending on experience
- Additional compensation available for attorneys with an established client base
