Build Your Practice. Work With Great People. Make an Impact.

A well-established and growing law firm in New Hampshire is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its team.

What You'll Do

  • Advise individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning matters
  • Develop and manage your own client relationships and matters
  • Prepare and review estate planning documents
  • Counsel clients regarding trusts, estates, and related planning strategies
  • Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex matters
  • Provide thoughtful, practical legal guidance tailored to each client's goals
  • Contribute to a growing and collaborative practice

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

  • Licensed to practice in New Hampshire
  • An experienced Trusts & Estates attorney
  • Client-focused and comfortable managing matters independently
  • Detail-oriented with strong writing and communication skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial
  • A strong team player who enjoys collaborating and exchanging ideas
  • Interested in building long-term client relationships and growing their practice

You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced practitioners, work directly with clients, and develop your own practice while being part of a collaborative legal team.

The firm values teamwork, intellectual curiosity, open communication, and professional growth and is committed to creating an inclusive environment where attorneys can build successful careers.

Benefits & Flexibility

The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Health insurance
  • Dental and vision coverage
  • Flexible spending accounts
  • Life and long-term disability insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Paid parental leave
  • 401(k) with employer contribution

While collaboration and in-person interaction are valued, the firm is open to discussing flexible work arrangements.
