A highly respected law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney (1–3 years) to join its Litigation & Trial Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney to gain hands-on experience working on complex commercial disputes from pleadings through trial.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing cases through all phases of litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and discovery
- Support depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Assist with appellate work as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of commercial litigation experience (law firm preferred)
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar admission in BOTH New Jersey and New York (required)
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage workload and meet ~1800 billable hours
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $110K–$140K (DOE)
- Bonus: Performance-based annual bonuses
