Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager/Team Lead

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager/Team Lead with strong marketing experience and a passion for client service. If you're self-driven, know how to manage your book, and prefer a no micromanagement culture, this is the job for you. This is a Hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a book of clients with professionalism and accuracy
Handle all aspects of account servicing including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
Market new and renewal business to carriers effectively
Serve as a point of contact for client questions, policy reviews, and claims support
Ensure timely communication and proactive service for all assigned accounts
Work closely with team members in a supportive, non-micromanaged environment
Requirements:
Active P&C Insurance License
10+ years of experience in commercial lines account management
Experience in marketing commercial accounts
Proficiency in EPIC systems
Strong Full Servicing Skills- Proposals, COI's, Endorsements, WC, etc
Ability to manage time effectively and independently
Previous experience in a leadership role is strongly preferred.
Designations are strongly preferred
