Position: Workers’ Compensation Attorney – New Jersey (Remote)
My clients is seeking an attorney to handle Workers’ Compensation defense litigation. This is a remote position offering the opportunity to work on substantive matters while maintaining flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in Workers’ Compensation defense matters
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
Draft motions, briefs, and related filings
Attend hearings and mediations (virtually when possible)
Collaborate with colleagues and clients in a remote environment
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar admission for at least 5 years
Workers’ Compensation experience preferred, but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Location:
Fully remote. Candidates must reside in NY, NJ, PA, DE, or WV.
