I’m currently partnered with a growing company in the waste and environmental services industry that is looking to hire a strong Commercial Waste Sales Representative for the New Jersey market.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows how to hunt for new business, build relationships, close deals, and grow accounts in a competitive market. The role is focused on selling commercial waste solutions, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across the territory.

✅ What they’re looking for:

  • Outside B2B sales experience
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills
  • Ability to develop new commercial accounts and grow existing business
  • CRM proficiency
  • Waste, hauling, recycling, or environmental services experience is strongly preferred

⭐ Big pluses:

  • Existing relationships in commercial real estate, property management, or construction
  • Knowledge of the New Jersey market
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
