What You’ll Handle

  • Divorce and separation matters
  • Child custody and parenting time disputes
  • Support matters and post-judgment modifications
  • Settlement negotiations and mediation
  • Court appearances, motion practice, and hearings
  • Drafting pleadings, agreements, and legal correspondence
  • Direct client counseling and case strategy

Qualifications

  • Active New Jersey Bar admission
  • 3+ years of family law experience
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage cases independently
  • Litigation and negotiation experience preferred
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong client service skills
