  • Experience conducting jobsite inspections, safety observations, incident investigations, and safety training.
  • Ability to recognize hazards and recommend realistic solutions that work in an active construction environment.

  • Organized, dependable, and able to follow corrective actions through to completion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn company safety reporting systems.
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally between multiple jobsites.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CHST, ASP, or CSP certification, or currently working toward certification.
  • OSHA 30 and OSHA 500/510 certifications, or the ability to obtain them.
  • Experience training and certifying employees on construction equipment and safety topics.
  • Experience supporting large commercial construction projects or specialty trade contractors.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.

The Person We're Looking For

Safety is more than enforcing rules. We're looking for someone who can earn the trust of the field, communicate the "why" behind safe work practices, and help employees find practical ways to perform their jobs safely.

You'll be successful in this position if you're comfortable spending time on active jobsites, having constructive conversations with crews and leadership, and stepping in when something needs to be addressed—while maintaining positive working relationships.

If you have a strong construction safety background and want an opportunity where you can have a meaningful impact on both employees and projects, we'd like to hear from you.
