Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

💰 $150,000 – $200,000+ Depending on Experience & Bar Admissions

A growing boutique plaintiff personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to help continue building out its litigation practice. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who enjoys autonomy, client interaction, and the ability to take ownership of cases within a smaller, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plaintiff personal injury litigation matters

• Manage litigation files from strategy through resolution

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents

• Work closely with a paralegal to move cases forward efficiently

• Review work product carefully before anything is sent out

• Communicate directly and confidently with clients

• Develop case strategy and provide guidance throughout the litigation process

• Help support the continued growth of the litigation team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience preferred

• Active Nevada Bar admission required; Arizona Bar admission is a strong plus

• Experience handling litigation files independently

• Strong drafting, strategy, and case management skills

• Comfortable working in a smaller team environment

• Strong client communication skills

• Detail-oriented, diligent, and professional

• Able to hit the ground running with limited hand-holding

• Patient and flexible as the litigation department continues to grow

Compensation

• $150,000 – $200,000 base salary depending on experience

• Potential for higher compensation for candidates licensed in both Nevada and Arizona

• Bonus opportunities available
