Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days remote

Location – Jericho, NY

Role Summary

The firm is seeking a CPA with 10+ years of public tax experience to step into a Tax Manager-level role handling both preparation and review work across a wide range of returns. This position is open due to retirement and additional staff exits. Candidates must have years left in their career and want a stable, long-term home.

Candidate Profile — MUST HAVES

· CPA required

· 7+ years in public accounting (NO MORE THAN 15 YEARS)

· Able to prep and review high-volume tax work

· Comfortable with hybrid (3 in / 2 out) and being one of the CPAs on-site daily

· Wants a long-term, stable role with a family-friendly firm

· Salary: $140K – $175K (ideal: ~$150K)

Tax Experience Required

1040, 104, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990PF

· General review experience for multiple entity types

· Ability to support and mentor less experienced staff
