Accounting Manager | Manufacturing

gpac is partnered with a stable, growing manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their leadership team. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence key business decisions across operations, finance, and commercial teams.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into the numbers, partnering with operations, and helping drive profitability through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end financial reporting
• Analyze plant performance, costs, and operational efficiencies
• Develop financial models and provide recommendations to leadership
• Prepare financial statements, variance reporting, and KPI analysis
• Partner with operations and sales teams on pricing and profitability initiatives
• Support capital projects, capacity planning, and business growth strategies
• Assist with audits and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience within manufacturing
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost analysis
• Experience partnering directly with operations and leadership teams
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• ERP experience required; implementation experience is a plus
• MBA preferred
