A family-owned feed manufacturer with a small, fast-moving leadership team is adding a Feed Mill Operations Manager in Celina.

- Manage the plant P&L, budgets and grain/ingredient procurement
- Drive process improvement and efficiency gains across the mill
- B.S. in Agriculture, Milling or Food Science preferred
- Must relocate within commuting distance of the plant; relocation assistance possible
- 3+ years in milling/food production with leadership experience preferred
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary $113k-$130k DOE
- Performance bonus
