Job Title: Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney
Location: REMOTE - based in Cincinnati OH

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney for our Cincinnati Ohio office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience and a strong background managing cases from intakethrough resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in a wide range of personal injury matters, including auto accidents, wrongful death, construction, worker's compensation and medical malpractice.
Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
Develop case strategies and provide practical, solution-oriented advice to clients.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Ohio Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
Minimum of 2 years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury litigation experience.
Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters independently while meeting deadlines.
Commitment to client service, professionalism, and teamwork.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary starting at $110,000 and based on experience.
