Construction Estimator – Multi-Family, Commercial & Historic Rehab

A well-established general contractor in the Cincinnati area is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. Their work includes multi-family, general commercial construction, and historic rehabilitation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys the estimating process and wants exposure to a diverse range of projects with long-term stability.

ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience estimating multi-family and/or general commercial construction projects

• Historic rehab or renovation estimating experience a strong plus

• Ability to prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and bid proposals

• Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes, pricing, and project costs

• Experience with quantity takeoffs and subcontractor bid leveling

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required
