PRECONSTRUCTION MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ Proven experience in estimating and preconstruction for multi-family and/or commercial projects
✔️ Historic rehab or renovation experience a strong plus
✔️ Ability to develop conceptual budgets, estimates, and value-engineering options
✔️ Experience collaborating with owners, architects, and design teams during design development
✔️ Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes, pricing, and risk
✔️ Leadership skills to guide estimators and hand off projects to operations
