Job Description

<p>We're hiring a Project Manager to lead structural steel fabrication projects for a fabricator in the Cincinnati metro. You'll own projects from award through final delivery and erection, keeping the shop, field, and customer aligned on schedule, budget, and quality.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage fabricated steel projects from contract award through closeout: scope, schedule, budget, and change orders</li><li>Coordinate closely with steel erectors on sequencing, delivery schedules, field issues, and site logistics</li><li>Work with detailers, engineers, and the shop to keep drawings, approvals, and fabrication on track</li><li>Run project meetings with general contractors, owners, and erectors; manage RFIs and submittals</li><li>Track costs, billing, and production progress, and flag risks early</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of project management in structural steel fabrication or steel erection</li><li>Proven experience coordinating with steel erectors and field crews</li><li>Able to read structural and shop drawings</li><li>Strong communication, scheduling, and cost-control skills</li><li>Engineering or construction management degree, or equivalent experience, preferred</li></ul>
