✔️ 8+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor
✔️ Proven success leading multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
✔️ Strong experience with budgeting, estimating, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control
✔️ Ability to lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project teams
✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors
