Commercial Construction Senior Estimator

A well-established commercial General Contractor with a strong backlog of projects is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys the estimating process, wants exposure to a diverse range of commercial projects, and is looking for long-term stability with a company that values its employees.

Estimator Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects
• Diverse commercial construction experience across multiple project types preferred
• Ability to prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and bid proposals
• Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes, pricing, project costs, and margins
• Experience pricing, tracking, and negotiating change orders and project costs
• Ability to analyze project profitability and contribute to accurate cost projections
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required
