This organization operates as an integrated developer, design-builder, and construction partner, delivering large-scale commercial projects across multiple markets nationwide.
This is an opportunity to work on the ownership/developer side while still remaining heavily involved in the full construction lifecycle — giving professionals exposure to a broader business perspective, long-term project strategy, and direct collaboration with development leadership.

Position Overview
Seeking both:
Project Manager
Two Associate Project Managers
Ideal candidates will come from a commercial general contractor or developer-builder background with experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred)
Experience working for a commercial general contractor, design-builder, or developer-builder
Ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience with negotiated/private commercial work preferred
Proficiency with construction software and project management platforms
Preferred Skills
Preconstruction involvement and budgeting experience
Developer-side coordination exposure
Design-build project delivery experience
Knowledge of contract administration and risk management
Experience working on large, complex commercial projects
Ability to lead meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors
Compensation
Associate Project Manager: $90,000 – $120,000 base salary
Project Manager: $120,000 – $165,000+ base salary
