Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: $115,000 - $175,000 annually, depending on experience

A well-respected regional CPA and advisory firm is looking for an Audit Manager or Senior Audit Manager to join its Columbus office. What You'll Do

• Manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for client leadership
• Research and resolve technical accounting and auditing issues
• Review workpapers and financial statements for accuracy and quality
• Lead, train, and mentor staff and senior associates
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and multiple deadlines
• Support business development and help grow client relationships

What You Bring

• Active CPA license (required)
• 5+ years of public accounting experience in audit and assurance
• Industry specialty or generalist experience (both will be considered)
• Strong technical, communication, and client service skills
• Experience leading and developing engagement teams

What's Offered

• Base salary of $115,000 - $175,000, depending on experience
