Lead the most complex partnership tax work in the market. A well-respected regional CPA and advisory firm is hiring a Tax Director - Partnerships / Pass-Through in the Columbus area. You'll join a respected team serving a wide range of clients, with the support and visibility to keep building your career.
What you'll do:
- Lead complex, high-priority tax engagements with a focus on partnership and pass-through entities
- Perform final review of workpapers and returns for a middle-market client base
- Provide high-level tax planning and research
- Supervise, mentor and develop managers, seniors and staff
- Drive department initiatives and originate new business
What you bring:
- Active CPA license
- About 8+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Deep partnership/pass-through technical expertise and leadership experience

Pay: $185K - $225K + bonus potential
