Join a retirement plan consulting team serving small and mid-size businesses. The retirement plan consulting affiliate of a well-respected regional CPA and advisory firm is hiring a Retirement Plan Administrator (401(k)/TPA) in the Columbus area. You'll join a respected team serving a wide range of clients, with the support and visibility to keep building your career.
What you'll do:
- Administer a portfolio of 401(k), profit sharing and cash balance plans
- Perform nondiscrimination testing (ADP/ACP, coverage, top-heavy) and prepare Form 5500 filings
- Reconcile contributions and draft/amend plan documents
- Serve as primary contact for plan sponsors, advisors and recordkeepers
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ years of retirement plan, accounting, HR or financial experience
- Detail-oriented and strong in Excel
