**US Tax Associate / Senior Associate - Cross-Border — Cleveland, OH**
Pay: $72,000 – $98,000 + bonus potential
Love tax and curious about international work? A fast-growing, award-winning cross-border tax advisory firm in downtown Cleveland is hiring a US Tax Associate or Senior Tax Associate to prepare returns for UK and other overseas businesses expanding into the US. Hybrid after training.
What you'll do:
- Prepare US federal, state and informational disclosure returns of varying complexity
- Assist with day-to-day tax administration and multi-jurisdiction projects
- Work with colleagues and clients across time zones
- Juggle multiple deadline-driven projects independently and with the team
- Senior level: review work and mentor associates
What you bring:
- CPA candidate with 1+ year of business return prep in public accounting
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Excel and tax software (CCH Axcess a plus)
- International tax experience a plus, not required
