Join a leading fire protection company and play a key role in driving operational excellence across Ohio. We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager to lead sprinkler operations, oversee project execution, develop high-performing teams, and support continued regional growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day fire sprinkler operations across multiple projects and service activities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, customer relationships, and overall operational performance
- Mentor and develop project managers, designers, foremen, and field personnel
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Drive business growth through strong customer partnerships and operational efficiency
- Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Experience managing fire sprinkler operations, projects, or district-level fire protection teams
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of NFPA standards and fire sprinkler systems
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management preferred
- NICET certification is a plus
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment
