Audit Manager - Public Accounting (Hybrid)

Location: Greater Cincinnati / Butler County, Ohio - hybrid, flexible schedule

About the Opportunity

A well-established, growing CPA firm in southwest Ohio is adding an Audit Manager to its team. The firm has a healthy, stable client base and is looking to grow both its team and its clients. You'll lead audit engagements, develop staff, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients in a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Do

• Plan, manage, and review audit, review, and compilation engagements
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and build lasting relationships
• Supervise, train, and mentor seniors and staff
• Work with firm leadership to grow the practice and its client base

What You Bring

• An active CPA license, or active progress toward one
• Ideally 5+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Experience leading engagements and reviewing the work of others
• Strong communication and client service skills
