Hiring for a hands-on Production Supervisor.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can solve problems, develop employees, and maintain a productive, safety-focused work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily production activities to meet performance goals.
Coach, train, and develop team members.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Monitor equipment performance, product quality, and operational productivity.
Coordinate staffing, workflow, and resources to meet production demands.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing (if you are currently a production lead, apply!)
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of production equipment.
Proven ability to motivate employees and manage performance.
Experience improving production processes and reducing downtime.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable making decisions, resolving issues, and leading by example.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction and without the need for current or future sponsorship.
