We are hiring a Slitter Rewinder Operator. This is an entry level position, we are adding this position due to growth. You do not need to have Slitter Rewinder Operator experience but rather mechanical interest in growing your skills.
Responsibilities:
Operate modern slitter rewinder equipment used in specialty material converting processes • Learn machine setup, operation, and process adjustments • Monitor production runs to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency • Perform material changes, machine adjustments, and basic troubleshooting • Inspect finished rolls for defects, dimensions, and quality requirements • Load materials, remove finished rolls, and prepare products for the next production step • Follow detailed work instructions and production specifications • Complete production documentation and quality checks • Assist with preventative maintenance activities and equipment improvements • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
