**Tax Manager — Westlake, OH**
Pay: $115,000 – $150,000 + bonus potential
Ready to lead your own book of tax engagements? A growing, close-knit West Side Cleveland CPA firm is adding a Tax Manager (Westlake or Medina area), with a hybrid schedule and real investment in your growth.
What you'll do:
- Plan, supervise and complete tax engagements and review workpapers
- Oversee federal, state and local returns and lead planning strategies
- Review complex individual, trust, estate and gift returns (706/709/1041)
- Supervise, coach and evaluate Seniors and Associates
- Research tax issues and spot new ways to serve clients
What you bring:
- CPA or EA required
- 5-10 years of public accounting tax experience
- SALT and trust/estate experience a plus
- Strong Excel and research skills
