Lead a diverse tax portfolio with a team that values your expertise. A well-respected regional CPA and advisory firm is hiring a Tax Manager in the Cincinnati area. You'll join a respected team serving a wide range of clients, with the support and visibility to keep building your career.
What you'll do:
- Oversee tax planning, preparation and review for corporate, partnership, trust and individual clients
- Perform final-level review of workpapers and returns and clear review comments
- Conduct complex tax research and advise clients
- Supervise, mentor and develop seniors, staff and interns
- Manage engagement budgets and billing, and help win new work
What you bring:
- Active CPA license
- About 5-7 years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong research and communication skills
- Experience leading teams and client relationships

Pay: $128K - $150K + bonus potential
