Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney (5+ Years Experience)

We are partnered with a growing law firm in Oklahoma City seeking a talented and driven Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 5+ years of experience who is eager to handle meaningful cases and advance their career in a high-performance environment.

 

About the Role

In this position, you will manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution, including trial when necessary. The firm handles a diverse range of matters, including:

  • Car, truck, and motorcycle accidents
  • Catastrophic personal injury cases
  • Defective product claims
  • Premises liability matters
  • Social Security Disability cases

You will work closely with clients, develop case strategy, and advocate effectively on their behalf throughout the litigation process.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
  • Strong litigation background, including motion practice and case strategy
  • Experience with trucking or catastrophic injury cases preferred
  • Excellent negotiation, research, and writing skills
  • Strong client communication and case management abilities
  • Licensed and in good standing in Oklahoma
  • Ability to work in-office

 

Compensation

  • Base salary range of $130,000–$150,000, depending on experience
  • Bonuses and fee-based incentives that can add up quickly on high-value cases·
