Commercial Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from inception through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and purchase orders
- Monitor project costs and ensure financial goals are achieved
- Coordinate project staffing and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor
- Proven success managing commercial construction projects valued at $15M+
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
