Position: Project Manager – Civil Construction (Earthwork, Utilities, Paving)
Location: Colorado
Compensation: $120k to $140k  

A growing Colorado civil contractor is looking for a Project Manager to lead earthwork, utilities, and paving projects across the region. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to step into a company that values autonomy, supports its PMs with real resources, and maintains a steady backlog of work.  

What you’ll be involved in:

• Managing earthwork, utilities, and paving projects from start to finish
• Leading field teams and coordinating with SUPRs, PEs, and subcontractors
• Driving schedules, budgets, and quality
• Working directly with leadership to plan and execute upcoming phases
• Supporting a culture built on communication, accountability, and long‑term growth
