Estimator, Oklahoma City, OK

A well-established commercial drywall and metal stud framing subcontractor is seeking a seasoned Estimator to join its preconstruction team.

What you'll do:

• Perform quantity takeoffs for drywall and interior/exterior metal stud framing
• Prepare accurate, competitive bids for commercial projects
• Review plans, specifications, and addenda
• Develop scope letters and qualifications
• Communicate with general contractors and suppliers during bidding

What you bring:

• Seasoned commercial drywall estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of interior and exterior metal stud framing
• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff or similar software
• QuickBooks or similar tools a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong math skills
