Commercial Drywall Estimator, Oklahoma City, OK

Compensation: $80,000 to $120,000 base, depending on experience, plus benefits

A well-established commercial drywall and interiors contractor in the Oklahoma City area is adding a Commercial Drywall Estimator to its preconstruction team. You'll bid on and win work across office, healthcare, education, multifamily, and retail projects.

What you'll do

• Do quantity takeoffs and full estimates for metal framing, drywall, ceilings, insulation, and related interior scopes
• Read and interpret plans and specs, and write RFIs and scope clarifications
• Get pricing from suppliers and subs, then build competitive bids
• Work with GCs and owners through bid day and buyout
• Hand awarded jobs off to project management

What you bring

• 3+ years estimating commercial drywall, framing, or interiors
• Comfort with On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar tools
• A solid grasp of commercial construction means and methods
• Field or PM experience in drywall is a plus
