Key Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial loan documentation experience (or as required)
- Experience preparing commercial loan documents from approved credit packages
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending documentation, loan structure, and collateral requirements
- Experience with multiple loan types including:
- Commercial Real Estate (CRE)
- Commercial Term Loans
- Revolving Lines of Credit
- SBA Loans
- Agricultural Loans
- Construction Loans
- Oil & Gas Loans
- Consumer Loans
- Letters of Credit
- Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to review loan packages for accuracy prior to closing
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and process commercial and consumer loan documentation.
- Review loan packages to ensure all approvals, collateral, fees, and documentation meet policy and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare renewals, modifications, and participation loan documents.
- Perform quality control reviews on loan documents before funding.
- Work closely with Portfolio Managers and lending staff to ensure timely, accurate loan closings.
