Business Transactions Attorney

A well-established, client-focused law firm with offices in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, is seeking a Business Transactions Attorney with 5–15 years of experience to join its growing team. The ideal candidate has broad experience of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract disputes, and business succession planning, and is looking for a firm where quality client relationships come before volume.

This firm has built its reputation on genuine client care and responsiveness. Caseloads are kept manageable so attorneys can give each client the attention and strategic thinking their business deserves.

Qualifications:

• 5–15 years of experience in business/transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, contract disputes, and business succession planning
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills
• Must be licensed attorney and in good standing to practice law in Oklahoma
• Client-focused mindset with excellent communication and follow-up habits
