Litigation Attorney — Tulsa, OK

A respected boutique firm in Tulsa is growing its litigation team and has two different attorney profiles in mind for this opening: a litigation attorney with 3–5 years of courtroom experience, or a behind-the-scenes attorney who shines at legal research and writing in support of litigation.

The Opportunity

This firm will consider candidates along either track:

• An attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience in commercial/business related law who is comfortable in depositions, hearings, and the courtroom, or
• A research-driven attorney who may stay out of the courtroom entirely, but brings sharp writing and analytical skills that make the litigation team's cases stronger

Both paths matter equally here. The firm simply wants an attorney who adds real value to its litigation work, whether that contribution happens in front of a judge or behind a keyboard.
