About the Role
A well-established property restoration company in Medford, Oregon is hiring a Reconstruction Project Manager to run insurance rebuild jobs after water, fire, smoke, mold, and storm losses. Once mitigation is done, you'll own the project from scope and estimate through final walkthrough, leading carpenters and subcontractors, working with adjusters, and keeping every job on schedule and on budget. If you're an organized construction leader who knows how to deliver quality work and keep property owners informed, this is a long-term career move.

- Walk losses, build accurate scopes, and write or review Xactimate estimates, supplements, and change orders
- Work with insurance adjusters, TPAs, and carriers to get scopes and estimates approved, and keep claims documentation complete
- Schedule and lead in-house carpenters and subcontractors, and hold them to quality, safety, and timeline standards
- Own job budgets, track costs against the estimate, and protect gross profit on every job
- Coordinate material selections, ordering, deliveries, permits, and inspections
- Communicate proactively with property owners, tenants, adjusters, and internal teams on schedule, scope, and selections
- Walk jobs regularly to check progress, quality, and code compliance, and keep photos and job files current (DASH, Encircle, CompanyCam, or similar)
- Work closely with mitigation and estimating teams for smooth handoffs and accurate scopes
- Follow OSHA and EPA lead-safe (RRP) safety and job standards
