- Prepare preliminary estimates and help with change orders and supplements in Xactimate, working with estimators and project managers
- Track work-in-progress (WIP), job file audits, and client and carrier requirements so files stay compliant and on schedule
- Onboard subcontractors and vendors, track their documentation and compliance, and help process their invoices
- Prepare payment schedules and invoices, and support accounts receivable with collections and outstanding paperwork
- Complete job close-out, including Certificates of Satisfaction, warranty documentation, and final file upload
- Support project managers and the office team with meetings, reports, and other duties as needed
