About the Opportunity

An established and highly respected commercial construction company is seeking a General Manager to lead an existing operation and partner directly with executive leadership to drive strategic growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will oversee operations, business development, financial performance, talent development, and long-term market expansion.

• Lead regional operations and profitability
• Develop and execute growth strategies
• Build executive-level client relationships
• Oversee staffing, succession planning, and leadership development
• Manage P&L performance and operational excellence

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction leadership experience
