What You'll Do

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you'll play a key role in driving project success from preconstruction planning through final closeout. You'll collaborate with clients, field leadership, engineering teams, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of mechanical construction projects
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Review and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract documentation
• Oversee procurement and material planning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and project partners
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures
• Support project teams while driving successful project execution

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial mechanical construction projects
• Proven background with large-scale HVAC and plumbing systems
• Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with scheduling software and project management platforms
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
