gpac (The #1 Recruiting Firm in the Nation) is partnering with our client to identify a Business & Finance Paralegal (5+ Years) to join a well-established firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal seeking hands-on involvement in corporate transactions, entity formation, and business operations support within a collaborative and stable environment.

Position: Business & Finance Paralegal (5+ Years)

About the Role

This role supports attorneys across a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including business formation, financing, and ongoing entity management. You’ll work closely with attorneys and clients while playing a key role in managing documents, filings, and deal workflow.

Responsibilities

• Draft entity formation documents, operating agreements, bylaws, and resolutions
• Assist with corporate transactions and deal document organization
• Conduct legal research and data compilation
• Manage and maintain transactional files and document versions
• Coordinate state and federal filings
• Track deadlines and manage calendars
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and third parties
• Enter and track billable time

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience (corporate/transactional preferred)
• Experience with business formation and corporate documentation
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and document systems
• Strong writing, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Entity management or corporate governance
• Experience with document management or billing systems
• Notary certification is a plus
